As part of Red Hat specialized global Black Belt team, with primary focus on removing organizational, technical, and competitive blockers of adoption within key accounts to become the preferred platform for workloads and applications across the business to ramp up the go-to-market through Red Hat’s Managed OpenShift* offerings (ROSA - Red Hat Openshift on AWS; ARO - Azure Red Hat Openshift; RHOIC - Red Hat OpenShift on IBM Cloud and OSD - Openshift Dedicated on GCP Google Cloud).
Confidently articulating value proposition to Leadership, Developers, Architects, DevOps Engineers, Platform Engineers and IT teams within the account. Entailing technical architecture walk-throughs, migration, modernization, business-value conversations, customer-facing technical workshops and status-quo removal.
I've been working closely with the Managed Cloud Services product team and public clouds, helping to test, document, and demo innovative features, also working in close collaboration with Red Hat customer sales teams, post-sales solutions architects, and Customer Success teams to ensure a highly positive customer experience on top cloud hyperscalers for the entire Latin America (LATAM) area.
